How do Sonya Paz Creative Virtual Courses work?
Once you are signed up for a virtual online course you will receive an email to gain access to the virtual course. Simply Join and you can access the course in its entirety with lifetime access. At the start of your course and you can view course directly from your device -smartphone, tablet, or computer. Sonya Paz Creative Virtual courses are nonrefundable.
However, our courses are evergreen content and available at any time at your convenience with lifetime access. All courses are for the lessons only, we do not provide any supplies or tools. We have an art supply resource page for supplies that can be purchased through our Amazon affiliate links or at your local craft store.
Virtual courses are non refundable.
Online courses, tickets, or passes are not refundable. We want you to enjoy and give your online course a chance. You can access the course anytime at your convenience.
Payments
We presently take Stripe Merchant Services and Paypal as our payment providers. Since Sonya Paz Creative is a component of Sonya Paz Incorporated, your billing statement may be from "Sonya Paz Inc". All disputes are subject to a $25.00 service charge to you.
Sales and Coupons
Occasionally we have coupons and incentives (promotional codes) and sales for our Sonya Paz Creative events. We promote these specials to our referrals and our own mailing list.
